Nut blend

This nut-blend cheese brings together the best of both worlds: the soft creaminess of a young Gouda and the satisfying crunch and earthy flavor of a triple-nut mix. Walnuts, hazelnuts and Brazil nuts are generously distributed throughout the cheese, adding a surprising textural experience with every bite.

The mild, creamy cheese base is the perfect stage for the nuts, each bringing its own nuance: the slightly bitter depth of walnut, the sweet warmth of hazelnut and the rich, buttery flavor of Brazil nut. The cheese is semi-soft and supple, which lets the nuts truly shine.
