How we work
Order placed
We receive your order and get to work right away. Order before 4 PM? We aim to ship within 36 hours.
Freshly cut & packed
On the day of shipping we cut your cheese fresh from the knife. Immediately vacuum-sealed in a sturdy cardboard box.
Delivered to you
Via PostNL or DPD, chilled if needed. You'll receive a Track & Trace code by email as soon as your package is on its way.
Good to know
With subscriptions you receive your cheese at fixed times, depending on your chosen frequency. PostNL usually delivers your package the next business day.
Carefully packed
Packaging
We cut your cheese fresh and vacuum-pack it immediately. Vacuum sealing keeps the cheese fresh for weeks. We ship in a sturdy cardboard box so everything is well protected during transport.
We include free cheese paper with every order. Store your cheese in cheese paper in the fridge after opening for the best flavor.
Warm weather?
When temperatures are above 25°C we automatically ship chilled with insulation packaging and cooling elements. Outside these months you can add chilled shipping for €1 extra.

Returns policy
For fresh products with a shelf-life date, returns or exchanges are not possible. For other products (charcuterie boards, accessories) returns are possible within 14 days. Return shipping costs are at your expense.
