We do our best to satisfy every customer. Still have a complaint? We take it seriously and work together to find a solution.
How it works

Email us at info@cheeseinabox.nl or call 06 380 140 66. Describe your complaint as clearly as possible, including your order number if applicable.
We respond within 2 business days
After receiving your complaint we confirm receipt and explain how we'll handle it. If necessary, we'll ask for additional information.
Together towards a solution
We aim to provide a fitting solution within 7 business days. This can be a replacement, refund, voucher or other compensation.
Not satisfied with the solution?
Can't we work it out together? Then you can submit your complaint to the European online dispute resolution platform (ODR platform). This platform was set up by the European Commission and offers independent mediation.
