Email us at info@cheeseinabox.nl or call 06 380 140 66. Tell us what's wrong with your order, preferably with a photo.

We assess your request
Within 2 business days we discuss your situation and let you know what solution we offer: replacement, refund or voucher.

Depending on the situation, we send a replacement product, process a refund or you receive a voucher for your next order.
Terms
Is there a right of withdrawal?
Yes, you have 14 days to change your mind after receiving your order. This applies to non-perishable products in unopened packaging.
Can I return cheese?
Cheese is a perishable product and is therefore legally excluded from the right of withdrawal. Something wrong with your cheese? Get in touch, we always find a solution.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Send a photo of the damage to info@cheeseinabox.nl along with your order number. We'll provide a fitting solution, usually a replacement or refund.
How do I package a return shipment?
Pack the product in the original packaging or a similar box. Send it registered to the address we've emailed you.
How quickly do I get my money back?
After approval of your return we process the refund within 5 business days. The money is refunded via the same payment method you used.
Common questions about returns
Who pays the return costs?
If the product is damaged or incorrect, we pay the return costs. If you have another reason for the return, return shipping is at your expense.
Can I return a subscription?
You can cancel an ongoing subscription via My Account. Already shipped boxes cannot be returned because cheese is a perishable product.
What if I received the wrong product?
Contact us right away. We'll send the correct product as soon as possible at no extra cost.
