Which cookies do we use?

These cookies are essential for the webshop to function. Without them, you can’t place an order or log in. We don’t ask for your consent here because they are strictly functional.
- Cart-Token, remembers the contents of your shopping cart between pages (retention period: session)
- ciab-auth-token, keeps you logged in after signing in (retention period: 24 hours)
- ciab-cookie-consent, remembers your cookie preferences (retention period: 12 months)
- WooCommerce session cookies, required for the checkout process and for Mollie payments (retention period: session)
Analytical cookies (with consent only)
These cookies help us understand how visitors use the website, so we can improve the experience. We only place these cookies after you have given your consent via the cookie notice.
- Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager), collects anonymized usage data such as page views, session duration and conversions. IP addresses are truncated and processed within the EU. Retention period: 14 months.
- Microsoft Clarity, creates anonymized session recordings and heatmaps. Sensitive input fields (such as passwords and payment details) are masked automatically. Retention period: 13 months.
Marketing cookies (with consent only)
These cookies are used to show relevant ads on other websites, based on your interest in our range. We only place these cookies after you have given your consent.
- Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram), for remarketing and measuring ad performance
- Google Ads, for remarketing and conversion tracking
Performance and security
We use Cloudflare as a CDN to load our website quickly and securely. Cloudflare places a technical cookie (__cf_bm) to recognize bots and maintain security. This cookie is necessary and does not collect any personal data.
