This Noord-Hollands semi-mature cheese is the perfect middle ground: softer and creamier than mature, yet with more depth of flavor than a young cheese. The short but focused aging gives it a full, rounded taste that appeals to almost everyone.
Made in Lutjewinkel from 100% Noord-Hollands pasture milk. Its supple, smooth texture makes this cheese perfect on bread and an excellent choice for melting. An uncomplicated, delicious everyday cheese.
Pairs well with: a glass of milk, orange juice, or a light beer. Great on bread, in a toasted sandwich, or melted over vegetables. Also try the Noord-Hollands mature for more character, or the Noord-Hollands young for the mildest option.
