This mature cumin cheese is a North Holland regional specialty through and through. Made from 100% pasture milk and crafted at the Lutjewinkel dairy, it has been given the time to develop a full, savory flavor that pairs beautifully with the warm, aromatic notes of cumin seed.
The mature aging adds just enough depth to let the cumin truly shine, without the cheese becoming too firm or dry. The texture is smooth and easy to slice, making it ideal on bread or a cheese board. A true Dutch classic that has been loved by generation after generation.
