Gudbrandsdalen Gjetost

How to eat brunost

Brunost is traditionally eaten in paper-thin slices, shaved with a special cheese plane (a Norwegian invention, as it happens). The thin slices almost melt on your tongue and let the sweet caramel flavor really shine.
