A Gouda farmhouse cheese from the Wadden island of Terschelling (Friesland). Skylger Mild is the gentlest cheese in the Skylger range, yet thanks to Terschelling pasture milk, even this mild variety has something special about it. The creamy, soft flavor is subtly enriched by the unique character of island milk: cows grazing on the salt-tinged meadows of Terschelling produce milk with a distinctly inimitable profile.
