Rambol Nut Mix

Rambol Nut Mix is a French spreadable cheese you'll often find on festive cheese boards. The soft, creamy base is coated all around with a mix of walnuts and hazelnuts, giving it a recognizable look and a pleasant crunchy counterpart to the creamy cheese. Originally from Rambouillet, southwest of Paris.

The flavor is mild and creamy with a pronounced nutty note from the mixed nuts. With a 55+ fat content, this is a rich, soft cheese that slices and spreads with ease. Not an artisanal product like a raw-milk farmhouse cheese, but a much-loved classic that belongs on almost any cheese board.
