A North Holland cheese from the Netherlands. The mildest in our Noord-Hollands 35+ range: a semi-mature cheese with a soft, creamy and wonderfully approachable flavor. Made at the Lutjewinkel dairy from pure Noord-Hollands pasture milk, with around 30% less fat than a regular Gouda. The short aging period gives it a mild, fresh taste that appeals to cheese lovers of all ages.
This cheese is the ideal everyday companion for anyone who wants to eat more mindfully. Its soft texture makes it perfect on bread, and it melts beautifully in warm dishes too. Together with the other varieties in the 35+ range, it offers a lighter option for every taste preference.
