Mature Gouda 30+

Anyone who says low-fat cheese tastes like rubber hasn't tried this Goudse Mature 30+ yet. After 16 to 18 weeks of aging, it has that delicious, full, savory character you'd expect from a good mature cheese, but with significantly less fat. The flavor is surprisingly round and complex for a lighter cheese.

The texture is slightly firmer than full-fat cheese, but it still slices and shaves beautifully. Ideal for everyday use when you're watching what you eat but don't want to compromise on flavor. The 30+ variety is also especially high in protein.
