Dokkum Dip

Dokkum Dip is an artisanal spreadable dip from the Frisian town of Dokkum. Creamy in texture, herby in flavor, with a pleasant warmth that builds gently without overpowering. The Plain variety is the classic; the Tomato Basil variety brings a Mediterranean twist with sweet tomato and aromatic basil.

In a 200-gram pot, this dip is a versatile addition to bread, toast, raw vegetables and the drinks platter. Lovely on a fresh baguette, on a blini with a glass of wine, or as a finishing touch on a toast with cucumber. The local Frisian character gives every pot its own story to bring to the table.
