About this cheese
An aged Gouda from the Netherlands, Tomme de Savoie from the French Alps, Manchego made from Spanish sheep's milk and a whole La Tur from Piedmont, a soft cheese made from three kinds of milk.
What's inside (2 to 3 people):
- Oud Zwart (Gouda) (125 g)
- Tomme de Savoie (125 g)
- Manchego (125 g)
- La Tur (one whole, 220 g)
- Pavesi Crackers Naturel Zeezout (1 bag, 180 g)
Allergens: cheese contains milk. The crackers contain wheat and barley (gluten). The Manchego contains egg. The Tomme de Savoie is made from raw milk.
We cut the cheese on the day we ship it and pack it securely, vacuum-sealed wherever possible. If one of the cheeses is temporarily unavailable, we'll replace it with an equivalent cheese.
Because this box includes soft cheese, we recommend chilled shipping. From April through September, we always ship chilled, and it's already included in the shipping costs. From October through March, you can choose chilled shipping at checkout (+ €2,95).
