About this cheese
In the middle of the board sits a Mont d'Or in its spruce bark box: pop it in the oven for a few minutes and you can spoon it straight onto bread. Around it you'll find soft La Tur, nutty Comté and Manchego, our aged Lutjewinkel and a sweet-spicy Blu'61. Taste from left to right, and the order falls into place on its own.

- La Tur, made from cow, goat and sheep milk (250 g)
- Vacherin Mont d'Or AOP, in its spruce bark box (450 g)
- Comté Reservé (150 g)
- Manchego DOP (150 g)
- Lutjewinkel 1916 Intens & Royaal (200 g)
- Blu'61 (150 g)
- Membrillo, Spanish quince paste (150 g)
- Walnut and date bread (200 g)
- Tasting card with the order to taste in
Mont d'Or from the oven: wrap the wooden box in aluminum foil, poke a few holes in the cheese and bake it for 15 to 20 minutes at 200 °C (390 °F). Spoon it warm onto bread.
Chilled delivery is already selected for you on this board, because of the soft Mont d'Or.
Allergens: cheese contains milk. The walnut and date bread contains walnuts (tree nuts).
We cut the cheese on the day we ship it and pack it securely, vacuum-sealed wherever possible. If one of the cheeses is temporarily out of stock, we'll replace it with a comparable cheese.
We ship on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. PostNL usually delivers the next business day.
