Organic aged

This organic aged cheese from the Netherlands has had all the time it needs to come into its own. A minimum of ten months of aging makes it firm and hard, with a flavor that’s deep and full of character. You’ll taste warm caramel notes and come across crunchy flavor crystals here and there, that signature little bite of a well-aged cheese.

Made from organic cow’s milk, with 48+ fat. Cut it into chunks for a charcuterie and cheese board, or shave a few flakes over a dish. Bold enough to hold its own, but it pairs beautifully too.
