Nut medley

The Notenmelange is a creamy Goudse cheese made from cow’s milk, enriched with a mix of walnuts, hazelnuts and pecans. The cheese itself is semi-mature and semi-hard, which makes it smooth on the palate and mild in flavor. In every bite you’ll find pieces of nut that add a light crunch and a warm, nutty note to the soft cheese.

It’s easy to slice into cubes or strips and serve straight from the board. The mild flavor makes it a crowd-pleaser that fits just as naturally on a charcuterie and cheese board as on a more elaborate cheese board. A great cheese for laid-back sharing.
