Red Blue

This cheese is a real showstopper on the board. The paste is a bright orange color, creating a spectacular contrast with the deep blue veins. Flavor-wise, it’s a true crowd-pleaser: creamy and full-bodied, with the characteristic sharpness of blue mold. Because it comes from Dutch soil, it tends to be a little more supple and softer than its English counterparts.
