Comté Marcel Petite Réservé
Comté Marcel Petite Réserve is a refined French mountain cheese from the Jura region, made from raw cow’s milk. This special selection is aged by Marcel Petite in the centuries-old Fort Saint-Antoine, a former military storage facility that now serves as a ripening cellar. The Réserve ages for 12 to 18 months, giving the cheese a deep, complex flavor with notes of toasted nuts, butter, mushroom and a hint of umami. The texture is firm yet melting on the palate. This is a cheese with real character, beloved by cheese lovers for its balance of strength and refinement.
