Brie de Meaux

Brie de Meaux is no ordinary brie. This raw-milk cheese from the region around Meaux, east of Paris, has a rich history and rightfully carries AOC status. Beneath the thin, white rind with brown patches hides a creamy, almost runny center. The flavor is complex: butter, mushrooms and a subtle nutty note. It’s at its best at room temperature.
