BellaVitano Espresso is a semi-hard American cheese from Wisconsin, made by Sartori. The cheese combines the nutty, lightly spiced notes of a young Parmesan with the creamy softness of a Cheddar. After aging, the rind is rubbed with freshly ground espresso coffee, creating a rich, aromatic crust that adds a bittersweet contrast to the full, creamy interior.
