This Noord-Hollands extra mature cheese is firm and full-flavored, with a creamy undertone that catches you off guard at the finish. The longer aging gives it that characteristic depth, and here and there you’ll notice the first small flavor crystals, delivering a satisfying crunch between your teeth. The texture is semi-hard: easy to slice, yet with enough body to really make an impression.

Made from 100% pasture-raised cow’s milk from the Netherlands. Delicious on a simple slice of bread, but it really shines when cubed on a charcuterie and cheese board, where its firm character gets the space it deserves. Carries the PDO certification.
