Langres

Langres is a cheese with real character. The distinctive crater on top forms because the cheese isn’t turned during ripening. That hollow is traditionally filled with a splash of Marc de Bourgogne or Champagne. The washed rind delivers a firm, earthy flavor, while the interior is wonderfully creamy. A true classic from the Champagne region, made from raw cow’s milk.
