Délice de Bourgogne is a French triple crème cheese from Burgundy. With a fat content of 75%, it ranks among the creamiest cheeses you can find. The white rind is soft and velvety, and the interior almost melts on your tongue. The flavor is mild, buttery and slightly tangy with a hint of mushroom. Originally created in the 1970s by fromagerie Lincet, this cheese has since become a classic among white-rind cheeses.
